Amita Vasudeva has been dedicated to the practice of immigration law since 1998. She represents individuals and businesses in obtaining visas and permanent residence in the United States, through family relationship and employment.
Attorney Vasudeva is admitted to the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court and maintains an immigration law practice in Menlo Park, California. She earned a J.D. from Northeastern University School of Law, and a B.A. from Oberlin College.
Attorney Vasudeva was previously an immigration associate at a San Francisco law firm, a partner of the Cambridge, MA immigration law firm, Roselli & Vasudeva, LLP, and an immigration attorney at Greater Boston Legal Services. She is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, the National Lawyers Guild, and the Palo Alto Area Bar Association.
